Using Jaxx with G0D

About to make my first g0d order, was reading the guide on his site and it said not to use jaxx to convert crypto.
Jaxx seems to be the easiest way to do it for me as it has the built in converter. Would it be a bad idea for me to use it as the site says or will i be fine?
