How to use tracking number

Been a couple of days since it was shipped and I emailed g0d asking for a tracking number. Not really sure how the number works though could anyone tell me how I can use it to track my order?

Thank you, whilst I wait on my number what postal carrier does he normally use?

Not a clue about the Chinese carrier but usually gets delivered by parcelforce here
