I sent the payment across but for some reason the page with the timer thing closed have I lost the money and how do I contact them?

It does that after the bitcoins are sent. This is normal. Have you received a confirmation email?

confirmation page will change to “shippedM-DD” (month and day) when they’re shipped.
if they don’t come in 5 working days - email tracking@chief-mail.com and ask for the tracking for order number XXXXX which will be on your confirmation page
