address problems

okay so one of my orders got caught up in the recent seizing of the ID’s. But i’ve been offered reprints to a different address.
I’ve got another batch that haven’t been shipped yet under a different email address that we’re going to my address.
should i email g0d and tell them to send it to a different address? IDK what’s best?!
And if i was to email them what do I say and who do i email??
