Been waiting for some reprints of IDs that got lost over the Christmas period since the picture was sent on the 17th so wouldn't say back to normal as of yet.

I too have been waiting since pics posted on 16th, love to know what’s causing the delay now

He sent me pics on the 14th and still no sign... I don’t know what’s up and I’m getting pretty worried as it was about 10 IDs

Yea man mine was 13 also. Just have to wait and see I guess. At the end of the day you aren't Tesco so don't have to give out refunds.
