Please advise if I should get Fake ID for sister from your site just for local pubs and occasional club, mostly pubs, just to be in there without drinking you need ID. Driver's license or Citizen card?

Sorry to be dim, I don't have a 'real camera' as stated needed.

If you have a scanner with 1200dpi+, you can use that. If not, use a phone camera in a ID photo booth with flash against the white wall.

Modern phone camera, good even lighting and a decent passport style shot on a white backdrop will do the trick, otherwise a 1200+DPI scan of the passport photo will do as Sabre said.
Preferably the rear camera (it's really not difficult to take a picture without seeing it on the screen)
