confused about customs

just got my tracking number and the latest update is that it’s arrived in the national hub in the u.k. Does this mean that it’s been seized by customs? Or is it just taking the piss to be sorted?
They’ve offered me reprints and to give them a new name and address but it’s been about a month now, was hoping that i could give people their ID’s this weekend :/

We don’t know whether they have been officially seized or not but a lot of people including myself have had the problem of our parcels being stuck at customs. An no I doubt the ids will be with us before the weekend .
