Trying to get an ID that will work for Clubs and Festivals.
What's better FIDUK CIT card or drivers licence, or g0d's drivers licence?
Thanks for the advice, and how come festivals are a no go?

Security can spot a fake a mile away most of the time. You've got about a 0 percent chance of getting an adult wristband, but you sometimes get away with it if you go to independent bars operating in the festival, but even that's hit or miss.
Most festivals endorse CIT cards or PASS cards on their website as loads of people lose driving licences and passports there every year, which people are under the impression that they are super expensive (a driving licence is ~£10 more than a PASS card). As we know, security staff know almost fuck all about fake CITs.

Nowadays at some festivals you can go to a special tent and get an over 18 wristband but it's pretty useless as each bar has it in their licence to serve terms that they must check ID themselves. Obviously, the staff in these tents are trained to spot fakes as it's the one fucking thing they have to do, or it may be worth it for them to use IDScan.

At most festivals, festival security at the entrance to the festival will ID younger looking people if they are visibly carrying alcohol. These staff may also know how to spot a fake, but it is less likely - in my experience they can also be corrupt as fuck because selling the drugs they confiscate at a festival full of drug users, or allowing each drug dealer to pay £100 to sell thousands of pounds worth of drugs on the inside (where drug prices can increase massively) rakes in a lot of extra cash.

At most festivals, it is impossible to search everyone but security usually pick on young people or people that look like drug users. They may ask for ID for alcohol, they may just be looking for drugs and not give a toss about booze. If they ask for ID, I'd take the chance if I were you and have a bribe ready if need be. This can sort you out for days as you only need to enter once, so a £20 bribe is worth it imo. There are unlikely to be scanners at the entrance (only in the adult wristband tent) so this is great for poorly trained security staff, but crap if they check each and every ID front and back and take ten minutes to do so just to show off.

Festivals are different year-to-year so you always have to play your cards carefully.
