Using ID in America

Sorry guys I know this isn’t particularly about UK Ids. Me and a mate are going to America for a month traveling. Should I take an ID from a random state and tell them we go to uni there? Or should I get a fake UK ID that says I’m 21?

Get a 21 y/o UK g0d because the bouncers most likely won't be able to check for UK security features.

UK IDs work pretty well abroad, you'll always find some establishment that accepts them. Bouncers in the USA seem to know which states are commonly faked.
