Google "Post Restante", there's relatively little information about it on the Internet but it's a free service offered by the Post Office but you HAVE TO TELL THEM IT'S ONLY TEMPORARY.
When you go to the post office, the staff might not know what you're talking about, but in my branch the manager did. If you overuse the service then they might withdraw it, so be super nice to the staff and they'll be nice back.
