Based on those posts i think because an eighth used to be £20, people now associate an eighth with a £20 bag as opposed to its weight (see the last post specifically). I think it's just geographical, but it's still fuckin retarded non the less

I'm no expert on cocaine but I hope you're testing your stuff for additives and shit. The wrong additive in coke and be fatal at certain doses, I'm pretty sure (And sometimes actually less harmful than cocaine...)

On another note for me, I've smoked a fair share of weed, tripped on acid like twice and sorta just not been massive on getting fucked up lmao.

Just always ask for an amount in grams, keep it simple. One time this happened to me and the dealer was so fucking nice he didn't nick my cash he actually gave me a tenner off my next pick up.

Nah. Only makes sense if you smoke a lot. More difficult to buy than from a dealer, not much cheaper, slower and some people just don't care about the flavours too much.

I don't buy much weed in person, I don't smoke too often (my heads never right the next day and so infrequent wekend smoker) and me tolerance is low.

I goes to an old friend to buy some, thought I would treat myself, and I ask for an eighth (as am planning on buying a decent quantity soon). Now if my maths serves me correctly, an eighth is 3.5g (well just over if you're a gimp).

As I said, hes a close friend, so i just put £30 on the table and put the baggie in my pocket: i don't even look at it he doesn't even count it.

I'm driving home and I get a phone call, telling me there was a tenner too much, I say wtf I asked for an eighth, he said yeah I gave you an eigth. Eventually he explains that an eight is 2g... I look at the baggie and there is clearly 2g in there...

Wtf? I head back to his and collect the rest happy days, but he couldn't tell me why an eighth was 2g and not 3.5g.

Can depend on areas aswell like where i live a draw is 2 grams but in other areas people call a draw 3 grams all depends but 1/8th being 2 is just plain retarded

I got an invite to cgmc last year and made an account, the prices were too high and the weed looked meh. Anything changed? There were literally like 5 vendors in the UK at the time.

There are a couple more decent vendors now but they're mostly all on dream and rep is incredibly important on dream so they're very conscious of that when dealing with issues.

Dream is better for dealing with issues because of the way their escrow is set up, but the idea with CGMC is the vendors are experienced so issues should be rare. There are fewer listings on CGMC though so it's quicker to find a decent strain.

Completely agree, have had my best ever strain (Moby Dick by XtraDope) from CGMC, but would you really trust Dream admins? They've always been dodgy, e.g not banning a 'hacked' vendor who sent blackmail messages through their own system
