Camera I'll be using is OnePlus 5T. Does 18:9, 4:3 and 1:1. What resolution should I use for my CIT photo? I was thinking 18:9 because that is a lengthy aspect ratio and it could be cropped to just my head and shoulders, however there will likely be quality loss there. The highest resolution would be on a 4:3 resolution, but it would need to be positioned towards my head and shoulders more accurately. Any suggestions for my aspect ratio? Thanks.

The photo should be cropped for you, the minor loss of resolution will not make a difference. Don't use 1:1 - it'll just make life difficult.
