Yellow Name

One of my id's in my recent order has a very yellow name like bold yellow covering the name would this be eligible for a reprint or is there a solution to this? Also what email is used for reprints? Thanks.

Cotton bud doused in nail varnish remover, give it a light scrub, slowly increasing pressure until you see colour on the bud, then thats the pressure you wanna keep at to avoid scraping it off.
Few seconds of scrubbing will do it pretty quickly and it'll look pukka
