Fake ID UK

Trying to put through an order with my Llyods debit card and for some reason it isn't working. It keeps declining my card on blockchain and coinbase. Does anyone have any clue why? I know that theyve stopped bitocin transactions on credit cards but it used to be fine on my debit card...

I believe Lloyd's are pretty anti-bitcoin and block it for credit cards and also users that fall into certain categories like under 18 years old
