So I'm a reseller. I was sold someone an ID a while ago but they told me it never arrived. Tracked the ID and it says that it has been delivered and signed for. The 'customer' is telling me that they have definitely not got it and that they even called the royal mail to find out where it is - the royal mail said that the driver will try to remember where abouts he put it.

Has anyone else had a problem like this or can anyone recommend what exactly to do? I know I am pretty much powerless but still.

Cheers
First off I really wouldn't recommend placing the order straight to your customer's address in the future. These are the sort of complications you really don't want to be worrying about as a reseller, so I would really recommend ordering a whole batch at once to a trusted address and then distributing them out accordingly. Tricky situation though. I'd try to establish whether the person is telling the truth or whether they're trying to fuck you over and if that's the case then I'd just tell them you've got proof of delivery so it's out of your hands now. Obviously if you suspect they're telling the truth you can try contact g0d although I doubt he would offer reprints if it's marked as delivered.
