'Not cast properly'

My 463XXX arrived in Dublin last night so that's good.

However Anpost and 17Track tell me two different things.

17Track says "Item did not cast properly" at 02:40, it also shows as "undelivered".
Anpost says the item was dispatched at 01:22

Which website should I go by and what do I do now if my IDs are undelivered?

I would contact An Post with your tracking number and find out what is going on.

From memory am I right in saying you are the person who's order is in ROI when it should be in NI?

Sounds like a mix up with the delivery address and that's why it ended up in the South. The 'undelivered' status on the tracking is likely because An Post have figured out that they are unable to deliver the package in Ireland and likely may be preparing to return it to sender.

Hope they sort it out for you

I've just emailed them. Hoping they just reroute it North and all's good, would be a nightmare if they got sent back to God and I had to wait again.
