Item arrived in uk on Monday and said it’s en route from Heathrow to Glasgow but Royal Mail still says pending when I enter tracking number? Anyone else arrived or experienced this problem cheers

It's fine, just hold tight.

By the sounds of it it passed customs so nothing to worry about.

Thanks a think it’ll say pending until it reaches the city and is dispatched for delivery to ma gaff
