Title says it all really , I’m ordering IDs for me and my friends. To use in pubs , clubs etc..

Do you recommend against using my real name and address? If so why / why not.

I would say use your real name as they could ask to see your bank card to verify your real name.

With the address I’d say if you could remember another address then definitely do that just to be safe if it gets taken.
