IDG0d order has disappeared

so i ordered iDs from iDG0d about three months ago, after about 20 emails back and forth they agreed to resend them as they never arrived, after they sent the new ones they also never arrived, i’m not longer getting responses and it’s looking like i’m not getting these iDs
