Fake ID UK

I just received this letter today. I am 100% sure it is talking about my idgod order 447**** as I haven't ordered anything else.
I think it was caught up in all the customs shit as arrived in UK about 3 weeks ago according to tracking.

I was wondering if anyone else has received a similar letter and has got there IDs successfully delivered after paying the fees. Or if anyone thinks this may be customs tricking me into thinking that my parcel is coming but actually they are going to charge me or something?

This has happened to me before, but not with ID's. I bought a phone case from abroad ages ago and had to pay like 10 quid extra. When you go and pay it the product will be there to collect on hand.
