if there's nothing else you can do, you're gonna have to get tracking number and track it till they let you know what time it will be delivered and you can try get parents out the house at that time. or at the very least make sure you're in the house to receive the package

received this too, got a letter from parcelforce about a £16 clearance fee from customs, personally cba with the bother or risk of it. could it be possible that customs are fishing for us to confirm that the shipment is ours by making us pay for it?

As long as you signed up as you stated that's a great way to do it. Would be ideal to use a burner for it, as they don't make it clerr whether they keep a copy of your ID.
