This sometimes happens. The only viable way to prevent this is keeping it in a wallet and caring for it. You may be able to fix it with a hot knife / a spoon but this usually makes is worse.

You'll probably be entitled to reprints as it's only been 5 days and the picture does look quite extreme.

Just be patient. Obviously, check the spelling of the username is correct. Make sure you've sent him a message as he won't reply just for adding him. He'll probably respond in the morning, he's probably out on a bender rn.

Jaxx only has issues for ZCash (something to do with private addresses), and g0d only said not to use it for the ZCash promotion. It is not an exchange.
