The website DOB is in US format.

Enter your DOB in the correct US format and it will be converted to UK format.

So 11/13/1999 will come out as 13/11/1999

So, on G0d's website it doesn't allow you to enter Date/Month/Year but it allows Month/Date/Year, is this a problem for e.g. If I chose 13th November I would have to write 11/13/1999 whereas usually I would write 13/11/1999. Will it come on the ID as 13/11/1999 or 11/13/1999 and does this matter much?

How long does it take usually for your order to change from Downloaded to Shipped? Does it depend on the size of your order also.
