I hate to be that guy but...

Shipped over a week ago, 17track says despatched for UK (a week ago) and nothing after that. Never experienced this before. Anyone in same situation or know what’s happened to mine? What should I do?

Never had a problem until this new laminate

Had a few customers complain that their raised text has come off with little force. Anyone else had this same issue on the latest God’s? Any tips to resolve the issue/make the raised text more durable
