Mate it's been 4 days, at least wait a week. Turnaround time is about 2 weeks average, sometimes less.

There's nothing you need to do when it takes longer than expected apart from wait. God can take up to 3 weeks to ship in some cases. Also not to mention the fact that it's coming up to Chinese New Year which is bound to cause delays. I ordered on 11th and mine were shipped on 22nd. I'm still waiting...
