Is there anywhere you can buy a fake provisional, just feel like it would make more sense to have one than an actual DL

The pass writing on this one looks much better than on the new ones

15 and had just got an ID off of insta, went to a small shop para as fuck, went in and asked for a half bottle of vodka, boy asked for ID and barely glanced at it before serving me, was shaking pretty much the whole time, same ID still works for me ahah
