What's the email adress for reprints again?

Ordered 2 ID's from god nearly 2 months ago, they have been sitting in customs since the 18th of July, I know it can take a while for them to pass through but 5 weeks seems a bit long??

Ordered ID's several times before and haven't ever noticed "presented to import cutoms" and then "held for customs inspection" should this be cause for concern?

Got 5 too, 1 ukfakes (which is still my number one choice of ID to use) 2 god v1's and 2 god v1.1 which I use when going through scanners as my ukfakes no longer scans

Keep getting a server error when I go to confirm the order payment, everything is filled in correctly etc, anyone else having this problem?
