I'm order 444xxx and it says it arrived at a sorting centre on 5th february. Does that just mean its stuck in customs?

Says ids have arrived in the uk, arrived at the sorting centre on 5th feb. Is it normal that its taking so long? If not what do you guys reckon I do. Thanks
